I am proud to live in the state that was the first to recognize same-sex marriages and that has worked to prevent discrimination on every level. LGBT youth should be welcome in school without being singled out. We can and will work to treat all people the same, and distinguish them by their behavior, and not by their appearance, age, gender or who they love.
